StackRoute joined hands with Philips as a primary learning partner to cultivate an Agile Excellence Mindset within their core execution teams. This aligned their efforts with the company’s growth business and made it possible to seek new business objectives. The Learning Program was also awarded the 2022 Brandon Hall Gold Award for Talent Management.

Decoding The Critical Role of Learning in Agile Mindsets
Philips recognized the need to better the proficiency of their core execution teams, comprising Program Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Scrum Masters (SMs). The challenge was to enhance their leadership, technology, and process management capabilities, ensuring that their work was in sync with the company’s overarching goals. Philips required a comprehensive program for project management that would sharpen technical skills and empower these professionals to lead with an agile mindset and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Unlocking Success with Immersive Learning and Expert Mentorship
StackRoute crafted a 14-week, intensive learning program based on three key pillars, namely, Technology Effectiveness, Process Effectiveness, and Career Enablers. The program was an eclectic blend of master classes, in-depth explorations, and project-based learning with mentorship.
From the onset, each participant selected a project to apply the skills they were acquiring, ensuring practical, hands-on experience. The program culminated in a project showcase, where participants presented their solutions, demonstrating their improved ability to engage with stakeholders and highlighting the expansion of their roles beyond traditional facilitation.

The key team members of the learning and training program
Vishnupriya Raghavan, Santosh Subramaniam, Anirudh Vamanmurthy Parvatikar, Kavya N P.
The program led to substantial outcomes, with 100% of participants completing the project showcase and demonstrating their mastery of agile practices. Participants effectively adopted enhanced agile methodologies in their ongoing projects, resulting in more efficient and effective work processes. Additionally, there was a marked improvement in the predictability of programs and projects, as evidenced by improved metrics related to scope and timelines.
