When creating a functional learning experience, customization holds the key. With Harman, things weren’t different either. That’s why, we relied on NIIT-StackRoute’s IMPACT Framework to devise a learning strategy, keeping in line with Harman’s tech and innovation goals. Key program objectives included defining, curating, and implementing goal-driven learning across all levels. The training program was divided into three distinct stages focusing on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Big Data.

Training the workforce to develop a deep understanding of mathematical principles, statistical analysis, and vital insights into mastering Data Science with Python programming
