In this five-day workshop, participants will gain competency in performing BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management 9.0 administrative tasks. The key topics are presented through discussion, demonstrations, and lab exercises based on BMC ProactiveNet Administration Console, BMC ProactiveNet Operations Console, BMC ProactiveNet Central Monitoring Administration, Event Administration, Data Analytics, Monitoring Solutions, and Data Adapters. The course lab exercises are designed to ensure participants get the knowledge, practice, and perspective required to leverage the key functions of BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management 9.0.

Administrators

Responsible for installing, configuring, and deploying BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management. In addition, Administrators are responsible for ensuring that BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management leverages data and information transferred from other Business Service Management (BSM) products such as BMC Performance Management Console and BMC Atrium CMDB

Developers

Responsible for configuring BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management to meet their business and IT requirements. In the process, BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management Developers may need to create adapters, rules, collectors, and data classes

Operator

Responsible for working with events through the BMC ProactiveNet Operations Console. In addition, BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management Operators need to understand the product architecture and the process of event management.

Yes, we do offer weekend classes for professionals in group or 1-to-1 Training depending upon the technology.

The administrative and sales staff works on weekdays (Monday - Friday). System Admins and Operation team are available on all days.
