This three day instructor-led course provides the knowledge required to operate and administer the Hitachi IT Operations Analyzer. The course covers the purpose and benefits of the IT Operations Analyzer. Students will learn to discover devices in the environment, and use the event, report and monitoring modules. The course covers how the deployment of IT Operations Analyzer will help customers monitor and analyze availability and performance of their multivendor, multiplatform servers, network and storage devices. The classroom sessions are supported by lab exercises involving registering, downloading, and installing the IT Operations Analyzer software, reporting and troubleshooting.

Upon completion of the course, the learner should be able to:

  • Describe the features and benefits of Hitachi IT Operations Analyzer

  • Describe the requirements and specifications of IT Operations Analyzer

  • Describe the process for:

1) Completing registration on IT Operations Analyzer web portal

2) Downloading and installing IT Operations Analyzer

3) Discovering devices in the environment

  • Change the values in thresholds, set email notifications, perform user management tasks and create the resource group

  • Describe the functionality of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and how to use RCA

  • Use the Report, Event and Monitoring modules

  • Identify common errors and issues with registration, download, install and discovery, and describe how to resolve those errors and issues

  • Identify integration with the ISVs and Hitachi IT Operations Director

Yes, we do offer weekend classes for professionals in group or 1-to-1 Training depending upon the technology.

The administrative and sales staff works on weekdays (Monday - Friday). System Admins and Operation team are available on all days.

Yes, after you have paid the booking amount (which will be non–refundable in this case). Booking amount depends on the technology selected.

Training timings are from 9 am to 5 pm.

  • If you are an International student, the registration amount of USD 200 can be paid by Bank Transfer or PayPal/PayUMoney . The balance amount has to be paid by traveler's cheque or cash after arrival in India. You can also pay the balance by PayPal. There is a surcharge of 4% in this case.

We can provide customized 1-to-1 training for a technology as per your requirement.

Most exams can be booked once you are on the course (e.g. Microsoft, ITIL, VEEAM, EC-Council). Red Hat and some other exams have to be booked in advance.

Our training centers are available in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi.

We do not have facility to pay in installments

If the course fee has been paid for and RPS cancels the Course, a refund will be provided, else the courses are non-refundable.
