As an information technology professional, you have no dearth of options when it comes to choosing an ideal AWS certification. Over the years, various AWS certification pathways have become extremely popular given how they prepare candidates for expertise in various cloud operations and career growth.

Over the next decade, computer and information technology employment will rise by 13%, which is substantially faster than the average for all occupations in the US. Cloud computing experts are needed to fill these positions. Hence, many companies search for AWS certifications as proof of competency in the AWS disciplines.

The AWS Solutions Architect and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications are two of the most sought-after credentials for entry-level cloud computing positions. Our blog focuses on the differences between the two.
